Greenhouse Gas Emission Carbon Credits Make Sense for Industrialized Nations

Many of the largest greenhouse gas emitters of CO2, which include the US and China need to figure out how to reduce their emissions or buy credits. I propose allowing nations like the US or China to conquer and crush other civilizations which put out greenhouse gases, as an alternative method of receiving credits. Once these other nations are destroyed we add up whatever their annual emissions were and call it a credit for the conquering nation.
